Hello! I’m Meghann, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management, and a Certified Wellness Practitioner. Since 2007, I have been in a variety of settings providing medical nutrition therapy and counseling to all ages. What intrigues me everyday about nutrition is how much influence it has on our lives and that it gives us energy to fuel our bodies. I am constantly impressed by nutrition’s significance to promote health and wellness, prevent the onset of chronic disease, and to reduce chronic disease risk and progression. My focus on nutrition and learning is pivotal in implementing medical nutrition therapy to everyone it benefits.
